Unfettered Friends, a local singles group, approached Seascape Web when they needed a website to advertise their upcoming social events. We designed a mobile-friendly website so visitors can find event information quickly on their smartphones and tablets. The attractive slideshow features images that automatically resize according to the size of your hand-held device or smartphone.
Seascape Web was proud to sponsor the Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit on October 2-3rd, 2010, in Vancouver, BC Canada. Over 250 Drupal users attended. Katy did the UI design, performed the site updates, built the new Drupal 6 theme and added the content for the 2010 event.
Fightwriter.com is a sports news site featuring previews of upcoming boxing matches and reports of past events. It was originally built with Drupal 4.5 and contained 2500 articles. We upgraded the site to Drupal 6 and performed Data Migration to transfer the existing content to the new website. We also added a shopping cart so that members can purchase subscriptions for exclusive Weekly Picks.
Chinook Rafting needed to convert their existing HTML website to Drupal so their staff could edit the site content. So we updated the design, added a Rivers Overview page and rebuilt the site with Drupal 6. In Phase II, we added a custom blog, newsletter design and newsletter archive.
Seascape Web built this online news site to cover the Yellowknife City Council Election. Katy used Views to display Mayor Candidate profiles and Council Candidates. We added video interviews for each candidate. We included Ads and Polls, Issues and Opinion pieces. Editors and Reporters are able to add new articles easily. Articles are published upon Managing Editor approval.
King Hoe requested a simple design featuring large banner photos for their small business brochure site. Features of the site include the Project Gallery with 3-5 photos for each project and the contact page with contact info for the staff.
